Racery is in very early testing. Some features and flows may still change while the platform is being validated with a small group of users. If you would like to test it, you can also send feedback to support@racery.io.

Acceptance of these Terms

By creating a Racery account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service and the related Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use Racery.

These Terms apply to guests, media creators, clients, organizers, and administrators, to the extent their role is relevant to the parts of the platform they access.

What Racery is

Racery is a motorsport media platform that helps media creators, clients, and organizers connect through public creator profiles, public events, role-based account tools, favourites, attendance workflows, and approval-based trust signals.

Some features are available only after approval. Account registration alone does not guarantee access to every function on the platform.

Accounts and role rules

Each account is created for one role only. A role cannot be changed after registration. If you need another role, you must register again with a different email address.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity performed through your account. You must provide accurate registration and profile information.

Email verification is required before the account can be used normally.

Approval and access

Media, client, and organizer profiles are subject to approval workflows. Approval status and account status are separate. An active account does not automatically mean that a public or role-specific profile is approved.

Approved media profiles may become publicly visible on Racery. Client and organizer profiles are currently used mainly for role access, review, and platform workflows rather than as standalone public profiles.

Racery may approve, reject, request changes, suspend, or restrict access according to platform rules, moderation needs, or account-status rules.

Public creator profiles and events

Only approved creator profiles and approved public events may appear publicly on the platform. Public visibility is controlled by Racery approval, account status, and role-specific rules.

Public creator profiles, public event pages, and related participation history must reflect accurate platform status. Racery may hide, restore, archive, or remove public visibility where moderation, approval, or platform integrity requires it.

User content, uploads, and links

You are responsible for the text, images, links, and other content you upload or submit to Racery. This includes profile images, event cover images, portfolio images, bios, social links, event descriptions, and other submitted data.

You must only upload or submit content that you own or are authorized to use. You must not upload unlawful, infringing, misleading, abusive, or harmful content.

Racery may remove, replace, hide, or refuse content that does not fit platform rules, approval rules, moderation needs, or operational requirements.

Attendance, accreditation, and favourites

Approved media may request attendance for approved public events where the platform allows it. Organizer approval is required before attendance becomes approved on Racery.

Organizer approval on Racery is a platform workflow and does not replace real-world accreditation requirements outside the platform. Organizers remain responsible for deciding whom they actually accredit.

Approved client accounts may save creators into private Favourites. Favourites are private to the client account and may change if a creator is no longer publicly visible or eligible for public listing.

Platform conduct

You must use Racery honestly, lawfully, and in a way that does not harm the platform or its users. You must not impersonate others, misuse approvals, scrape protected data, abuse uploads, bypass access controls, or use the platform for spam, harassment, fraud, or unlawful activity.

Racery may restrict or remove access where misuse, abuse, policy breaches, or safety concerns are identified.

Suspension, bans, and deletions

Racery may suspend or ban accounts according to platform and moderation rules. Suspended or banned users may lose public visibility and access to active platform functions.

Users may submit delete-account requests through the platform. Delete requests are reviewed through an admin workflow. If deletion is approved, Racery may remove public visibility, clean up uploads where appropriate, and anonymize records that must remain for audit, approval-history, consent, or compliance reasons.

Availability and changes

Racery may change, improve, limit, or remove platform features over time. Some areas of the product are still evolving, and not every planned feature is active yet.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service or that every feature will remain unchanged.
