This Cookie Policy explains how Racery uses cookies and similar technical storage on the platform. It should be read together with the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

This page reflects the current Racery platform, including the cookie and consent systems that support account access, legal acknowledgement, and controlled product operation.

Racery uses essential cookies and similar session-related storage to operate core platform functions such as account authentication, protected sessions, admin access, password recovery handling, and secure navigation between account states.

These cookies are necessary for the platform to function correctly and cannot be treated the same way as optional analytics or advertising cookies.

Racery already includes a cookies-consent foundation with version-aware handling. The platform stores active legal versions for Terms, Privacy, and Cookies, and can compare the current cookies version against a browser acknowledgement value.

The platform also includes a cookies banner system and an admin-controlled enable or disable setting for that banner as part of Racery's legal rollout controls.

When the cookies-consent flow is active, signed-in users may also have a cookies consent acceptance written into Racery's long-term consent history so the platform can keep a record of version-based legal acknowledgement.

Racery already stores acceptance records for legal and consent-related events where those records are required for compliance, audit, and governance needs.

At this stage, Racery is not positioning its cookies layer around advertising audiences or third-party ad targeting on the platform.

Public creator profile views and tracked external link clicks are handled as platform activity measurements inside Racery's own product logic, rather than as a broad advertising-cookie program.

Racery uses a version-based acknowledgement approach so the platform can detect whether the browser has already acknowledged the currently active cookies version.

If the active cookies version changes in the future, Racery may show the notice again so the user can acknowledge the new version.

The cookies-consent banner is controlled through Racery's admin settings so the platform can manage how and when the banner is shown in live operation or controlled testing.

The technical consent structure, browser acknowledgement handling, and legal-version tracking already exist on the platform.

Racery may update this Cookie Policy as the platform's cookie usage, legal wording, or consent controls evolve.
