Creator Terms

These Creator Terms apply specifically to Racery media creators. They should be read together with the main Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

If you register as a media creator, apply for a public media profile, upload portfolio content, or request attendance for events through Racery, these terms apply to your use of the platform.

A media creator account is not publicly visible just because it has been registered. Public creator visibility depends on admin approval of the media profile.

Until approved, a creator may have limited access to tools and may not appear publicly as an approved creator on Racery.

Racery may approve, reject, or request changes to a creator application according to platform review rules.

You must provide accurate and honest information in your creator profile, including your display name, media roles, location, links, portfolio, experience level, and any other submitted creator information.

You must not create a misleading public identity, impersonate another creator, or present services, accreditations, event history, or experience in a misleading way.

You are responsible for all images, links, and other content you upload to your Racery creator profile, including your avatar, portfolio images, and linked external media channels.

You may only upload or link content that you own or are authorized to use. You must not upload unlawful, infringing, abusive, deceptive, or harmful material.

Racery may remove, hide, reject, or require changes to creator uploads or profile content if needed for moderation, approval, safety, or platform integrity.

Once a creator profile is approved, it may appear publicly in the Racery creators directory and on a public creator profile page.

Public visibility is still subject to account status, moderation rules, and platform controls. A creator profile may be hidden or removed from public view if approval status changes, the account is suspended or banned, or the platform needs to take moderation action.

Creators control certain public contact visibility settings, but Racery remains responsible for enforcing broader platform access rules around who can see protected contact details.

Approved media creators may request attendance for approved public events on Racery. A request does not mean approval. Organizer approval is required before the attendance becomes approved on the platform.

Only organizer-approved attendance may be shown publicly as part of event or creator participation history where that platform workflow applies.

If an organizer rejects an attendance request, the creator may request attendance again later where the platform allows it.

Creators must use Racery professionally and lawfully. This includes respecting organizers, clients, other creators, and event workflows on the platform.

You must not misuse attendance requests, falsify event participation, scrape protected contact information, abuse approval workflows, or use Racery for spam, fraud, harassment, or unlawful activity.

If a creator profile is rejected, Racery may require the creator to wait before reapplying according to the current platform rules. At this stage, rejected media creators may reapply only after the applicable waiting period.

If changes are requested, the creator may edit and resubmit the returned application in line with the review note shown inside their account.

Approved creators may see limited account insights provided by Racery, such as public profile views, approved media requests, and tracked external link clicks where those features are currently active.

These metrics are provided to help creators understand activity on their public profile and are part of the platform's creator tools.
